  • Proactive account management with senior client partners as part of senior leadership team
  • Business development and pre-sales engagement
  • Innovate and drive large scale process improvement and transformation
  • Responsible for all aspects of client experience
  • Support account P&L at partner level
  • Responsible for oversight and management of client premises-based Luxoft staff and their activities

  • Track record of success growing, leading, and transforming global teams and projects
  • Significant experience managing executive-level clients and stakeholders
  • Strong domain experience in Capital Markets or Retail Banking from IT perspective
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Ability and charisma to lead and inspire
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel to other client and delivery center locations
  • Must be able to get things done, regardless of obstacles
